Privacy

Queries are logged in aggregate to find gaps in coverage. Logs carry the query text, a truncated IP address and a timestamp, and are deleted after 90 days. They are not linked to a person and are not used to build a profile.

We store your email address, your saved searches, alerts, tracker entries and workspace eligibility profiles. That content is yours: it is exportable as CSV at any time, and it is deleted with the account.

A consultant’s client profiles are visible only to seats invited to that workspace. We do not use one customer’s client data to tune another customer’s results, and we do not aggregate client profiles into any published figure.

We do not sell personal data, we run no third-party advertising trackers, and we do not email you about anything other than the alerts you created and material account notices.

Payments, transactional email and hosting are handled by third parties under data-processing agreements. The current list is available on request from help@granttrove.com.

Access, correction, export and deletion requests are answered within one business day. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; backups age out within 30 days.

Material changes are emailed to account holders 14 days before they take effect, and the effective date at the top of this page moves on the day they do. The date is written 2026-09-01 rather than described, so it can be cited.
